I’ll say this ONCE and I won’t say it again:

go out and buy yourself some DAMN flowers.

If you are a Newporter and shop at the Stop & Shop on Bellevue they shoot you out right into the floral section immediately when you step through the doors. Buy yourself some flowers- tulips are like $6.99 for a bunch, people. Your living space will feel warmer instantly and you wanna know what? You deserve those $6.99 flowers bc life is hard and we don’t reward ourselves as often as we should. I buy myself flowers every week as a “you’re doing great, sweetie” gift. You should too & your living space will flourish with a little bit of floral love at every hour of the day- until you need to replace the bouquet.

… OR GO BUY A PLANT. My absolute favorite shop in Newport hands down is Verde Garden located off of Broadway (obviously if you are a Newporter, you’ll know this street).
